Criteria

Who qualify for the program

We select startups based on a balanced set of key criteria. We look for strong team quality — passionate, committed, and complementary founders who demonstrate resilience and execution ability. We evaluate market potential, focusing on ideas that address significant problems in the Technology, Industrial, and Agriculture sectors with clear opportunities for growth in Algeria and beyond. We also consider traction, such as early customer validation, prototypes, pilots, or initial revenue that shows real progress. Equally important is founder coachability — the willingness to learn, receive feedback, and adapt quickly. Finally, we prioritize strong fit with the accelerator’s focus, ensuring the startup aligns with our mission to solve Algeria’s core challenges through innovation, practical solutions, and sustainable impact.
